The Dow Lohnes Diversity Scholarship and Mentor Program
We are particularly proud of the Dow Lohnes Diversity Scholarship and Mentor Program established in 2006 to encourage and support diversity in the legal profession. Three scholarships of $7,500 are awarded annually to rising second-year law students at The George Washington University Law School, Georgetown University Law Center, and Howard University School of Law. Recipients are selected based on personal and academic accomplishments, financial need, demonstrated leadership and commitment to serving the legal profession, the community and the public interest. A key element of the program is pairing each recipient with a Dow Lohnes attorney to mentor and provide access to training resources for the student.
